"Of course there was," she replied, putting her hand behind her back and coming away with blood from the sheets. She looked behind her after a moment. "Jesus, that's a lot. There's a pool of blood over here. I didn't realize I'd lost this much...funny. I don't feel faint at all."


She smiled back at him before crawling over him and standing up. "Shower. Now. Need to get this literally bloody mess off of us, don't we?"
