Stein jumped down from the operating table when the Persona materialized. The eerie look of the creature didn't bother him, and he walked towards it with an eager glint in his eyes.

"Beautiful," he breathed. His fingers reached towards the creature, heedless of the sword in its hand, and touched one of the fungus-like feelers or tentacles that grew up from around its feet.

He did feel a connection to it. It called to that madness inside him, the madness that fueled his curiosity and made him strong.
