"I see," Stein said, lowering his hand away from the creature and raising it up to the bolt, rotating it as he thought. "So it appears that your powers are not sealed. The amnesia doesn't appear to be directly related to your powers, either. Maybe you just forgot you had them. They do seem to be working just fine, though I don't think we activated them the usual way." He chuckled wryly at this.
