It was rather adorable. Stein was pretty sure that when people showed appreciation for his own creations, he wouldn't make that dreamy little face. But then again, few people really showed appreciation for what he did, so maybe he would.
He prodded the heart thoughtfully with a finger before leaving it alone. "So they only die if you destroy the heart?" he asked curiously, before going after a lung, cutting away a sample. "What about the brain?"
